JOB DESCRIPTION This Vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd (Commercial) who is operating as an employment agency. You will work as part of a team to contact existing Customers who have a Debt Management Agreement to collect outstanding payments, set up and negotiate payment plans, complete account reviews and provide a professional service to resolve customer's enquiries. This is a targeted environment where you can earn up to £900 per month on top of your wage. Applicants must have gained previous experience within telephone based collections, ideally from the financial industry, however this is not essential. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and have a high level of resilience. You must be able to demonstrate working as part of a team to ensure the business and customers needs are met.
